Samuel Wyving - Prepares inforamtion about cases associated with
administrating along with other employment and consultation services
contracts.
Samuel Wyving has counseled companies and clientele concerning employment concerns, such as termination and inappropriate termination situations, governmental responsibilities (such as Employment Standards) and individual legal rights promises.
Acting on behalf of employers and employees with regards termination matters and determining whether terminations are appropriate, and individual legal rights promises in the courtroom and judicial procedures.
Samuel Wyving graduated from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Chemistry. He received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Pittsburgh.
Samuel articled and then practiced law for seven years with Smith and Barney Associates, working primarily in the areas of employment law, contract law, commercial law and civil litigation. He was associated with the Chicago Bar Association in June 2000 and practiced litigation cases with a boutique firm in Chicago in the areas of contract law and employment law.
Samuel has traveled extensively, residing in several different
countries before finally settling in Boston where he now calls home.

Julie Winterberg has a Bachelors of Commerce in 2002 specializing in marketing and business management. Julie received her Doctor in Jurisprudence from the College of New Orleans, where she focused her study on real estate law for the commercial and residential sector.
Julie received multiple scholarships for being an outstanding student while studying law in the College of New Orleans.
Prior to working as a lawyer Julie worked in real estate office for
one of the largest real estate companies in the country, this is where
Julie became more fascinated with the legal aspects of real estate and
has carved out a niche servicing her previous employers.
